About Crochet Daydreams
Crochet Daydreams is a small handmade business run by me, Amy. All items are crocheted with care and many are made to order.
Products & handmade nature

Each item is handmade, so small variations in stitch, texture and finish are part of their charm.

Colour may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and the nature of yarn.

For variegated yarns, colour placement can differ from item to item, meaning every piece is unique.
Made to order & processing times
Many items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be made and prepared before dispatch. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary during busy periods.
Prices & payments
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely through Wix’s payment providers. I do not store your full card details.

Returns & refunds
Because items are handmade and often made to order, I’m unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I will do my best to put things right (repair, replacement or refund depending on the issue).

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. If I haven’t started making your item yet, I can usually cancel it. Once your item is in progress (or completed), I may not be able to cancel as it is being made especially for you.

Care instructions are provided on product pages and/or with your order. Following the care guidance helps keep your crochet item looking its best.
