Meet Tuppence the Woodland Mouse. A handmade crochet woodland character with enormous ears, curious blue eyes, a long tail and removable cosy coat finished with a floral button. Lightly weighted for stability and perfect for Woodland lovers, cosy homes and thoughtful handmade gifts.
Tuppence wears a little handmade crochet coat in your choice of two seasonal colourways: her original Whispering Wood and the autumnal Firelight Forest . As the beautifully variegated yarn flows naturally through every coat, each Tuppence develops her own unique colour placement whilst keeping the same curious personality, features and story.

Meet Tuppence, the Woodland Messenger.
Tuppence knows every winding path, hollow tree and hidden doorway in the woodland. Those with words to difficult to say, or too important to leave unspoken, leave a tiny message and copper coin outside her door.
Tucked safely in her little coat, she carries each message through bramble and fern until it reaches exactly who needs it. No-one knows how she always finds the way.
Tuppence never keeps the coins. After every delivery she leaves the tuppence outside another woodland door, one belonging to someone carrying unspoken words of their own. Finding a coin on the doorstep is a gentle invitation to pause and think of someone who may be waiting to hear from them. And so.. every little coin continues its journey through the woodland, carrying the quiet reminder that it may not be too late.
Like every member of The Woodland Folk, Tuppence has her own story to tell.

Looking after Tuppence 🐭
.Display indoors, away from prolonged direct sunlight and damp conditions.
.Gently dust with a soft dry cloth, or soft brush if needed.
.Reshape Tuppence's ears, tail and little coat with your fingers if it becomes squashed
.Do not machine wash, handwash or immerse in water, as Tuppence is stuffed and lightly weighted.
.Keep away from naked flames.
