Returns & Refunds Policy (Crochet Daydreams)

Because Crochet Daydreams items are handmade and made to order, I’m unable to accept returns for change of mind.

 

Please double-check your colourway choice and order details before placing your order, as each item is crocheted especially for you.

 

 

If there’s a problem with your order

 

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery (with a photo if possible). I’ll always do my best to put things right — this may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.

 

 

Order cancellations

 

 

If you need to cancel, please email me as soon as possible.

 

  • If I haven’t started making your item yet, I can usually cancel your order.

  • Once your item is in progress (or completed), I may not be able to cancel as it’s being made especially for you.
